During Sarah's Party
The Event Coordinator welcomes the group, manages karaoke, coordinates food service with 340 Kitchen, keeps the celebration on schedule, handles activity transitions, coordinates the birthday announcement, prepares for cake and tributes, assists guests, and keeps the party moving.
The schedule is there to help the celebration flow naturally—not to make guests feel rushed
