Welcome to RollCity VI and 340 Kitchen. By entering our facility, purchasing tickets, booking private events, utilizing our arcade and attractions, or making purchases online and on-site, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before your visit.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our premises, using our website (RollCityVI.com), or purchasing any product, admission ticket, or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our posted Refund and Return Policies. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from entering the facility or using our services.

2. Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability

Inherent Risks: Participation in roller skating, synthetic ice skating, laser tag, escape mazes, arcade gaming, go-karts, and other recreational activities involves inherent risks of physical injury, property damage, or loss.
Voluntary Participation: All guests (and parents/legal guardians of minor participants) voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in any activity or activation on the premises.
Release of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RollCity VI, ÉLEVÉ Entertainment LLC, 340 Kitchen, and their respective owners, management, employees, and affiliates are released from any and all liability for personal injury, property loss, or damage incurred while on the premises or participating in facility activities.

3. Facility Rules and Code of Conduct

Behavior: We are dedicated to providing a safe, clean, and family-friendly environment. We reserve the right to refuse service, revoke admission, or eject any guest whose behavior is deemed disorderly, unsafe, abusive, or in violation of facility rules.
Skating and Attraction Safety: Guests must follow all posted safety signage, verbal instructions from staff, and specific rules for each attraction (e.g., proper footwear, wristbands, and age/height requirements).
Outside Food and Beverage: Outside food, beverages, and coolers are strictly prohibited within the facility, with the exception of birthday cakes booked as part of an official private party package. All food and beverage purchases must be made through 340 Kitchen or authorized vendors.

4. Admission, Ticketing, and Access Control

Wristband/Credential Policy: All guests must wear issued admission wristbands, RFID credentials, or digital passes at all times while within paid zones of the facility. Tampering with, sharing, or transferring wristbands is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate ejection without a refund.
Pricing and Availability: All prices, operating hours, package inclusions, and attraction availability are subject to change without notice.

5. Bookings, Buyouts, and Special Activations

Private Events & Buyouts: All Flex Suite rentals, private party bookings, and full facility buyouts are subject to specific scheduling windows and our stated cancellation policies.
Seasonal Activations: Special activations such as the Halloween escape maze or laser tag sessions are governed by specific session timelines. Late arrivals may result in shortened or forfeited participation without compensation if scheduled slots are fully booked.

6. Merchandise, Prizes, and Food Sales

Retail & Food: All merchandise sales, prize redemptions, and purchases from 340 Kitchen are governed by our established return, exchange, and final sale guidelines.
Allergen Disclaimer: 340 Kitchen handles various food products. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that any food item is completely free of allergens (such as nuts, dairy, gluten, or soy). Guests consume food items at their own risk.

7. Intellectual Property and Photography

Media Release: By entering RollCity VI and participating in events, guests consent to being photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded by authorized facility staff for promotional, marketing, and security purposes.
Trademarks: The names RollCity VI, 340 Kitchen, ÉLEVÉ Entertainment, and all associated logos, designs, and branding are the exclusive property of the company. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability and Governing Law

Property Loss: RollCity VI is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property, including items left in cubbies, arcade areas, or vehicles in the parking lot.
Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the U.S. Virgin Islands, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
